Team & Cooperations
The subproject ‘Ö’ ("Schulprojekt") of the SFB 948 'Helden, Heroismen, Heroisierungen' at the Albert-Ludwig-University Freiburg presents an interdisciplinary joint effort conducted by master’s students, doctoral candidates, a graduate political scientist, a professor of North American studies and a group of teachers from different disciplines working on the transfer of research results from the special research project into everyday school practice. The contributors include: Jan Bahr, Greta Engerer, Vanessa Groh, Wolfgang Hochbruck, Jacob Hovde, Mathias Jehle, Tijen Kara, Daniel Kirchner, Nina Kurus, Jessica Pape, Kristina Seefeldt and Claire Steffen.
The creation and preparation of a myriad of teaching materials is the result of several long-term creative collaborations with teachers from a wide range of schools in Freiburg and the surrounding areas. The professional range of the cooperation partners and the different class levels cover a wide spectrum. In an interactive process organized by subproject ‘Ö’, the materials are tested in practice and developed into publications and for use in further education measures. We cooperate, amongst others, with the following schools:
- Julius Leber Schule Breisach, Teacher: Jessica Ohletz
- Erhard-Junghans-Schule Schramberg, Teacher: Vanessa Groh
- Hochrhein Gymnasium Waldshut, Teacher: Annika Hampel
- Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium Freiburg im Breisgau, Teachers: Christina Höfling and Maren Stölzle
- Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium Neckarsulm, Teacher: Dr. Pit Kapetanovic
- Zentrum für Schulentwicklung und Lehrerbildung (ZSL) Schwäbisch Gmünd und Stuttgart
- Fritz-Erler-Schule Tuttlingen
- Hauswirtschaftliche Schule Bad Säckingen (HWSBS)
